Remarks

1. Participants must be aged 6 or above on event day.
2. Participants in the family group must consist of one parent accompanying one child aged 6-12.
3. Participants must possess basic cycling skills and road safety knowledge.
4. ‘Minimum Fundraising Amount’ includes an event themed jersey and bike rental fee. Participants may bring their own bike while the minimum fundraising amount remains.
5. Participants are required to provide their preferred jersey size during application. Participants are required to indicate their cycling jersey size during the application process. While every effort will be made to accommodate the requested sizes, the provision of exact size is subject to availability.
6. For safety reasons, all participants are required to wear helmets at all time during the event. Participants may bring their own helmets or purchase helmets additionally for charity price.
7. Participants must complete the ride by 12:00n.n. and be back to Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi Campus).
8. Participants aged below 12 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the event area. The adult must be a participant.
9. Participants aged below 16 must obtain parent or guardian’s permission for the application.
10. The Organiser will announce the contingency arrangement accordingly if the event is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or venue issues. Please note fee paid are not refundable.
