Remark 1. All participants must have reached the age of 6 by 16 April 2023 2. Participant whose minimum fundraising amount up to HK$1,580 are entitled to have “Unlimited Rounds of Cycling Pass”. Every individual participant may purchase “Unlimited Rounds of Cycling Pass” additionally for the special price of HK$800 per head. Participants who hold the "Unlimited Rounds of Cycling Pass" can ride unlimited laps on the activity route. 3. Applicants of “Individual” pay with Shanghai Commercial Bank credit card are entitled to enjoy HK$100 exclusive discount off the application fee. 4. Bike rental fee is included in the Minimum Fundraising Amount. Participants can bring their own bike while the minimum fundraising amount is still chargeable. 5. Due to safety concerns, all participants are required to wear helmets during the event. Participants may bring their own bicycle helmets or purchase helmets additionally for the charity price. 6. All participants are required to provide their preferred jersey size during application. However, the requested size is subject to availability. We will try our best to cater for all size requests. 7. All participants must complete the charity ride by 12:00nn and be back to Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi Campus). 8. All participants must possess basic cycling skills and road safety knowledge. 9. Participants below the age of 16 must obtain a signed provision from their parents or guardians in order to participate 10. The Organizer will announce the contingency arrangement accordingly if the event is cancelled due to the pandemic or issues relating to the venue. Please note that the registration fee is not refundable.

Corporate Team participants can ride unlimited laps on the activity route. 5. 15 sets of Jersey, helmet and bike rental fee are included in The Minimum Fundraising Amount. Participants can bring their own bike while the minimum fundraising amount is still chargeable. 6. All participants are required to provide their preferred jersey size during application. However, the requested size is subject to availability. We will try our best to cater for all size requests. 7. All participants must complete the charity ride by 12:00nn and be back to Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi Campus). 8.
